A new brand identity
A magically astounding brand identity system for the DC chapter of 826 writing and tutoring centers.
To raise funds, inspire creativity in students, and advertise 826 programs to the community, centers feature a street-front retail store filled with unusual products, student publications, and information on its educational programs. We named 826DC’s storefront ‘Tivoli’s Astounding Magic Supply Co.’ (located in Columbia Heights Tivoli Theatre) and branded the storefront with an astoundingly magical identity chock-full of deadpan glitz.

The primary organization logo is simple and flexible, yet captures the ‘abracadabra’ enthusiasm of the larger brand identity.
